Privacy Policy
TextForge is a local editor. Your documents stay on your device unless you choose to share them.
Data collected by the app
TextForge does not require an account, collect analytics, show advertising, track activity, or send document contents, file names, folder paths, search terms, or editing history to the developer.
Files on your device
Files are opened and saved only after you select them through the system file picker. Security-scoped bookmarks may be stored locally so TextForge can reopen files and folders you previously selected. Session preferences and entitlement state are also stored locally.
Purchases
Trial, purchase, and restore transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. The developer does not receive payment card information. Apple may process transaction information under its own privacy policy.
Support messages
If you contact support, the email address, message, and files you intentionally provide are processed only to answer the request and troubleshoot the reported issue. This information is not sold or used for advertising.
